If you have multiple super accounts, you can consolidate it all into NESS Super. This allows you to keep track of your super and reduces the amount of fees and charges you incur.

NESS Super can help you combine your multiple super accounts as well as track down any potential lost super. With your consent, we can use your Tax File Number (TFN) to search the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and register for any forgotten or lost super savings held for you with another super fund.

Tips before you transfer

Before you request a roll in from another fund we suggest you:

1. Review your insurance arrangements

You may have insurance with the fund you’re leaving, and you will lose this cover if you leave.

In many cases NESS Super may be able to transfer the cover you have through your previous arrangement without requiring medical evidence. You will need to transfer any insurance before you combime your other super accounts, please call us on 1800 022 067 to talk about this before taking any action.

You can also apply for your insurance to be transferred by completing and returning a Transfer My Insurance Details Form.

2. Tell your employer

You will need to complete a Choice of fund form and list the super fund you want your employer to pay your super into.  To complete the NESS Choice of fund form, click here.

3. Consider getting financial advice before consolidating your account

You should consult with a suitably qualified person before making any financial decisions.
