Becoming a NESS Super member is easy
You can join NESS Super either as:
- An Employed Member who is receiving employer contributions from an Employer; or
- A Self-Employed Member who is operating as a sole-trader or through an unincorporated partnership and is not in receipt of Employer Contributions; or
- A Spouse member.

Joining NESS Super online is easy! Just click on this link and you’ll be able to join NESS Super online. It’s quick and super-efficient.
Fill out an application form
You can also become a NESS Super member by completing and returning the relevant application for membership form to NESS Super or if you are joining as an Employed Member, give it to your employer. Your employer will then send your application to us and we’ll sign you up.
You can join NESS Super either as:
- An Employed Member who is receiving employer contributions from an Employer: NESS Super Application for Membership Form for Employed Members; or
- A Self-Employed Member who is operating as a sole-trader or through an unincorporated partnership and is not in receipt of Employer Contributions: NESS Super Application for Membership Form for Self-Employed Members; or
- A Spouse member: NESS Super – Application for Membership Form for Spouse Members

What happens next?
As soon as we’ve processed your application, we’ll send you a welcome letter and your membership card and confirmation of your insurance cover.
Your membership card has your NESS Super member number on it, which you’ll need to quote whenever you contact us. You can also use it to register for MemberAccess so you can manage your super online.
Let us know when your details change
Remember to let us know if you change your address or other details so you’ll continue to receive all of your NESS Super information.
