With NESS Super managing your pension is easy
We make it easy to manage your pension online. NESS Pension MemberAccess gives you round-the-clock access to your account information.
You can use Pension MemberAccess to:
- check your account balance, including recent investment returns
- view your withdrawals
- vary your pension amount (within prescribed limits)
- make a lump-sum withdrawal (for Account Based Pensions only)
- switch investment options
- update your personal details such as your address and email address
- advise your tax file number
- update your nominated beneficiaries
- register to receive online communication, including eStatements.

You can register online to start using Pension MemberAccess.
Remember to have your Pension member number handy as this is also your Pension MemberAccess username. You’ll find your member number on your member statement, the record of membership attached to your Welcome letter or on your membership card. You can change your password once you’ve logged in.
Forgotten MemberAccess password?
