Managing and paying super online

At NESS Super we help you manage super – to meet your compulsory Superannuation Guarantee and award obligations and simplify the monthly process of providing member information and payments.

The easiest way to do this is using NESS Super’s secure online system EmployerAccess.

NESS Super EmployerAccess

With EmployerAccess you can view details of your employees who are NESS Super members.  It also allows you to:

  • submit contribution details and pay by BPAY, EFT or Authorised Bank Transfer (direct debit)
  • change employee details, such as contact details
  • change your payment method and frequency
  • view your contribution history
  • add new employees or reactivate former employees (rehires). Once you have added a new employee they will be provided with a secure web link (if their email address is provided) to complete their NESS Super membership application online. Otherwise, their membership details will be sent to their postal address.
  • export reports in a range of data formats
  • notify us of terminations and include the termination date
  • choose to set up multiple user accounts within your organisation and set different access levels if required.

Of course you also have the option of notifying us of changes to employee details by sending us a spreadsheet, but the changes won’t be processed as quickly.

NESS Super also allows payment via cheque and accompanying schedule.
